From your web enabled mobile device, we allow secure access into an encrypted database storing your user, administrator, root, and process account passwords. Delegated users can remotely retrieve these passwords on demand, and access locked accounts or conduct systems administration operations, without depending on 7/24 Help Desk staff.

Enterprise Random Password Manager – Provides secure password recovery of local, domain, or process accounts on systems over the air on a mobile device. Random Password Manager – Allows delegated secure recovery of local account passwords via a mobile device. This product lets the Help Desk gain local access to user systems to perform maintenance. See the user guide for instructions on enabling mobile support.
Account Reset Console – Provides user password resets via a mobile device. End-users and Help Desk staff can reset locked accounts or forgotten domain passwords remotely. See the user guide for instructions on enabling mobile support.
The remote mobile portal is compatible with most mobile devices including: Windows Phone, PocketPC, Palm, Blackberry, Symbian and others that have a conventional web browser.
