Support for Ad-hoc or One-time Tasks

Quite often, systems administrators need to run a script or executable across a range of hosts to address a maintenance issue that has been discovered. This can range from items such as flushing the DNS resolver cache, adding a new registry key or updating the configuration files of an application.

When this task needs to be run across many machines, it either can require many hours spent accessing each machine, or time spent creating and deploying scripts.

Task Manager Pro makes this process simple. Create a Scheduled Task in Task Scheduler Pro, deploy it to all the machines where you want this task to execute and set it to run immediately.

You also define whether the Scheduled Task gets deleted or retained at the end of the run. Retaining the Task on the system might be a good choice in case the fix needs to be run again, either through Task Scheduler Pro, or locally on the machine.

 Add new Windows Task

Task Scheduler Pro can quickly create tasks, run them, and then delete or disable them. It’s perfect for those ad-hoc chores that come up now and again.
