Two-Factor Authentication
Account Reset Console (ARC) provides support for two-factor authentication via RSA SecurID.
With this integration, access to the ARC web console can require two-factor authentication for users to access password resets, or any other console function. The requirement for two-factor authentication can be managed by user or by group, supporting scenarios such as Help Desk requiring two-factor authentication (who have access to multiple passwords) without requiring two-factor for most users.
With Account Reset Console’s SecurID integration, you can define which users need to authenticate with SecurID as their second factor.
