Existing customers who are within their Software Maintenance Agreement period can upgrade to the latest version at no extra charge.

Requirements for Installation:
- WIndows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2
- Windows 2000 Professional SP4, Windows XP Professional SP2, Windows Vista Business or higher, Windows 7 Professional or higher
- COM+/DCOM communication only allows for same or downlevel communication. This means that Windows XP can talk to Windows XP, 2003, 2000, NT while Windows 2000 is only able to communicate to Windows 2000 or NT.*
- Windows NT 4 requires the appropriate option pack for server or wsorkstation with the MTS option installed. The option pack also requires SP4 or later and IE4 or later.
* Windows Vista and later operating systems cannot manage COM/DCOM on Windows 2000 or earlier operating systems. Contact Microsoft for further information.
